Most of that work is still software engineering: understanding the problem, choosing sensible boundaries, reviewing what the agent does, and making sure the result can be trusted.
Current focus: coding agents in the development loop, AI agents in production, and the engineering judgment in between.
A favorite
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

From military discipline to AI agents
It started in the Hellenic Air Force - military service and the discipline that came with it, then a decade of building document, healthcare, and HR software for the military.
RAW Labs came next: data platforms, the Snapi query language, developer tooling, and now AI agents in production. Along the way, an MSc in Big Data & AI from the University of Athens.
Outside of work: Muay Thai, heavy metal, and more psychology books than strictly necessary.
